 By booking an appointment you accept and voluntarily assume the risk of any such injuries, damages or harm which may arise during or result from any activities or services provided by Top Fitness Pod LLC, or it's employees. Client agrees to waive, release, and discharge Top Fitness Pod LLC and the owner from any and all incidental or consequential damages, claims, or injuries, whether real or perceived that may arise from any services provided by Top Fitness Pod LLC.​ Client agrees to indemnity, hold harmless and not to sue Tope Fitness Pod LLC, it's employees, agents or representatives from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of the services provided; including but not limited to Bod Pod testing, EmSlim body sculpting, fitness and nutrition plans, and the use of the Top Fitness Pod app.
